Rimmel ScandalEyes Kohl Eyeliner in Nude | Review + Swatches.

This is review that has been a long time coming as I've had this eyeliner for about two months or so. It's the Scandaleyes waterproof eyeliner in Nude from Rimmel. Recently I've been loving Rimmel products, namely their foundation and lipsticks. This eyeliner is no exception, it's fantastic and for only £3.99!
As it's waterproof you can wear it on your waterline and it really opens the eyes up and makes them look bright and awake. Which, if I'm honest, are things I need help with!

If you want to have a look at me wearing this please see this post.

The Good.

Stays put - Waterproof.
Affordable - £3.99.
Brightens eyes.
Lovely texture, glides on, no tugging.
Nice shade range.

The Bad.

Not a twist up pencil - product wasted due to sharpening.

What do you think, do you have this or any other shade?
I'd like to try the Bright Blue and the Silver ones too!

FOTD | Rimmel, Dainty Doll + FamousX Leopard palette.

Hello! Are you having a nice weekend? I do hope that you are.

I'm going to get stuck right in otherwise this will be yet another unnecessarily long, rambly post. This look incorporates some newish Dainty Doll products that I wanted to try out (reviews to follow tomorrow or Monday!) as well as some firm favourites.

On to the photos.

I'm getting a little better at liquid eyeliner - still some mistakes, but nearly there!

Face.

Collection (2000) Lasting Perfection Concealer.
Dainty Doll Foundation in 003 Medium.
ELF HD Powder in Translucent.

Eyes.

Maybelline Volum' Express The Rocket Mascara.
Miss Sporty Liquid Eyeliner.
FamousX Leopard palette shades Flash and Lavish.
MUA Pro Brow Kit.

Lips.

Dainty Doll Saucy Sailor.
Rimmel x Kate Moss Matte 107.

I sort of tried to do a cut crease type eye thing here, although I'm not sure I succeeded! I still like the way it came out though even if I didn't get the best photos. As you can see I had a bit of a break out, it's not very noticeable in those photos, other than the one on my chin. I think it may have been the Dainty Doll foundation as I had just started trialling it a couple of days before this and my skin didn't handle it well at all. More on that in the review.

Christmas Goodies | YSL Touche Eclat + Lancome Hypnose Drama.

My lovely, thoughtful boyfriend bought me some amazing gifts for Christmas! I realise I'm a bit late with this post, but I wanted to leave it a while and give the products (or most of them) a good try first.

The first thing I got was something I'd been lusting over for around a year, Touche Eclat by YSL (£25). I don't tend to use highlighters, but this one is amazing. The gold pen looks amazing, it's so luxurious! Clicking the button is so satisfying, haha. I tend to use it under my eyes, over foundation and concealer, this helps brighten them that little bit extra. I also use it on my cheekbones and cupids bow. It gives your skin a beautiful glow which looks really natural. I'm not a huge fan of really sparkly or shimmery highlighters so this is absolutely perfect for me. Kyle got me Shade 2 which is the lightest one I believe.
