Photo Post | Kitty Cat Catch-Up.

It's been a while since I posted any photos of the cats! Not sure if anyone is really all that interested as this is mainly a beauty blog, but hey.

They've been doing very well, Sparky got neutered (or the male equivalent) and recovered within a day or two. It was a relief as I was so worried about him getting the snip in the first place! My poor wee thing. He's still nuzzling away at me, particularly in the mornings which is both annoying and cute.

Salem is her usual crazy self. Running around, meowing at everything and generally being adorable.

Wednesday Waffle Week 9 | Pub Quiz, Bob Ross + Pizza.

Hello! Once again I missed Wednesday completely. This time it was for good reason though, I was feeling pretty under the weather yesterday. I went to bed at half 7 last night!

So, what have I been up to this week? To be honest, not a lot. Eating pizza, watching films and sleeping when I'm not at work.
Saturday involved visiting my friend, ordering pizza from Dominos (and waiting 2 hours for it!), and watching 3 hours of New Girl.
We also watched a film called Brick, featuring Joseph Gordon-Levitt. It's hard to describe, it's set in a high school but the film is stylised like an old detective movie. There's lots of fast-paced conversations, shady characters and atmospheric music throughout. To be honest I would have preferred to watch something more light hearted, the films I brought included Clueless and Bring It On so you can see what frame of mind I was in! I sort of enjoyed it nonetheless, I'm sure I would have liked it more if my mood was different.

Little kitty cat update!
They're getting bigger now, well Sparky is anyway. Salem is still itty bitty, but her fur is much shinier than she used to be.

2012 | A Round Up.

2012 has been a strange year for me. There have been lots of ups and downs, more downs than usual for me. I do have a lot of major highlights of this year which makes up for the lows, here are a few...

Moving in with my boyfriend.
Seeing the Chili Peppers live again and spending a weekend in Newcastle with Kirsty
Going to see Ed Sheeran and The Vaccines with my mum.
My birthday weekend and Maximo Park in Glasgow with Kyle.
Getting two lovely little kittens for my birthday.
Keeping up with my blog and finding something I'm passionate about again.
Seeing a ton of amazing films including Dark Knight Rises in IMAX. See the list HERE.
 

I have a few resolutions, they mainly revolve around being healthier and eating properly. I'm a sucker for crisps, chocolate and cheese (not all at once, I promise!). The deadly C's haha. I'd also love to be able to keep up with this blog and organise my time better, I can be very lazy and last minute with things. Keeping a positive attitude will really help too.
It's been really inspirational to read everyone else's new years posts about resolutions, still reading through them at the moment. I'll be doing a post about my favourite beauty products from the year.

Kittens.

I've been very bad at posting anything for a while now. I guess a lot of people have been because it's such a busy time of year!

Did you all have a good time? I had a nice quiet day with my family, I spent most of the day with my mum, eating and watching Tangled and Lord of the Rings. It was lovely.

I'll be posting more soon, this is just a little update and some more photos of the cats! They love looking out the window. Our window ledge is really high up so they don't get to look out much and they are too small to be left up there on their own just now. They are so cute and inquisitive. N'yawwww!
